The Smart Healthy Campus projects chief aim is to help students respond in a healthy way to stresses that challenge mental health, particularly in a residential campus.

This app was created as Phase 4 of the Smart Healthy Campus project (Principal Investigator: Dr. Kevin Shoemaker) to develop expertise to quantify both retrospective, and real-time prospective, relationships among student mental health (i.e., anxiety, depression), and patterns of exercise and sleep.
Results of this study will be used to improve the quality of life and student experience of undergraduates.

This app DOES NOT advise about or rate your mental health; it collects responses to questionnaires and selected data from you with your consent. It also makes support resources available using the green "Mental Health/Support Resources" button should you feel you need them.

You may use this app and consent to participate in this study if you are a full-time undergraduate student at Western University.

You are excluded from this study if any of the following apply to you:
Unable to provide written informed consent, or to complete questionnaires or health history forms due to language or cognitive difficulties; Students in graduate or professional programs; Any part-time student.
